Please make sure we have an up to date Individual Health Care Plan, if applicable, obtained from the School Office. 

If your child needs medication during the school day, please complete a Medical permission form.  Please note we can only administer medicines that are prescribed by a doctor and need to be taken 4 times a day.  Medicines must be brought to and collected from the office by an adult.  All medicines must be in their original packaging. 

Food Allergies

Please inform the school if a child has any Food Allergies.

All Medical and Dietary Requirements should be updated in Arbor within the child's profile.
